Are you a skilled Property Manager ready to join a highly regarded and well-established property sales and lettings consultancy? Do you enjoy working with premium residential properties?

In this role, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of residential properties, managing the full rental lifecycle, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and handling any queries or concerns that arise.

Location: Oxford - outskirts of the city centre, with 1 day per week Working from Home

Hours: Full Time / 9:00–17:30 / Mon–Fri / 1 in 4 Saturdays

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll manage all aspects of residential lettings, from resolving tenancy matters to coordinating repairs and overseeing property check-ins and check-outs, deposit returns, etc.
  • 6-monthly property inspections will be part of your routine, ensuring landlords are kept informed and tenants are aware of any actions needed.
  • At check-out, you'll liaise with all parties to achieve a swift, fair outcome and prompt deposit return.
  • Your responsibilities will also include nurturing landlord relationships, providing maintenance and account updates, and suggesting improvements or refurbishments where appropriate.
  • Between tenancies, you'll coordinate all necessary work to get properties ready for re-letting without delay.
  • Accurate record-keeping on the CRM system and staying up to date with compliance regulations will be central to your role.
