We are looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Administrator to join a busy Property Services team in Oxford. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administration background who also has hands-on knowledge of property/building maintenance and building services.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and operational support to property maintenance teams
- Maintaining accurate property, contractor and compliance records
- Supporting building services, statutory compliance and performance monitoring
- Liaising with contractors and internal teams
- Updating systems, processing purchase orders/invoices and producing reports
About you:
- Previous experience within property/building maintenance is essential
- Good understanding of building services and compliance
- Experience within social housing, lettings, housing associations, facilities management or a similar environment would be ideal
- Strong administration, organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and IT skills, Excel ideally
- Comfortable working with contractors and multiple stakeholders
