Project Manager (Front Office - Portfolio - Web/Digital/Sales Enablement)

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a key Sales Enablement and Front Office Transformation project that is currently in the requirements gathering phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a Sales Enablement programme within the Front Office portfolio.
- Drive requirements gathering with business and technology stakeholders.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting.
- Deliver web and digital sales platform implementations.
- Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
- Align product and technology platforms to support new pricing models and commercial capabilities.
- Support the introduction of AI-enabled solutions to improve sales and customer outcomes.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.
Essential Experience
- Proven Project Management experience delivering business and technology change.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.
- Delivery of web/digital platform implementations.
- Experience managing SAP S/4HANA integrations.
- Sales Enablement, CRM, commercial transformation, pricing, or customer-facing platform experience.
- Strong governance, financial, risk, and PMO management expertise.
- Experience working with AI-driven initiatives or emerging AI capabilities is highly desirable.
