In this role, you will be responsible for managing all data requests and statistical analysis activities that support the team, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.

Your responsibilities in this role would be:

  • Acting as the lead contact for MSAT data requests, ensuring data is accurate, accessible and compliant.
  • Maintaining data integrity, traceability and governance across manufacturing, process and quality systems.
  • Performing statistical analysis and process trending to support data-driven decision making.
  • Generating data packages and reports for process validation, regulatory submissions, audits and client requests.
  • Providing data-driven insights to support investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, reporting tools and analytical models for MSAT and manufacturing teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data capture, reporting and system effectiveness.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for digitalisation, process optimisation and operational excellence.

We are looking for:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A strong understanding of GMP principles, data integrity expectations, Continued Process Verification (CPV), and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of MSAT activities including technology transfer, validation lifecycle and process optimisation.
  • Experience with statistical and data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, Power BI or similar.
