About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to oversee the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of injection moulding machines. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate injection moulding machines in accordance with production schedules and specifications.
- Adjust machine parameters to optimise cycle times and product quality.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on moulded components.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine faults or defects, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of moulding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
