On offer is an opportunity to join a historic, rapidly expanding company, who have built long-standing relationships with clients by consistently delivering projects safely, on time, and to exceptional standards.
They work on a wide range of projects, ranging from listed buildings to cathedrals and office spaces.
The type of projects can range from refurbishments to new builds and small works.
In this role, you will oversee multiple large projects simultaneously, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Alongside this, you will prepare and submit quotations for upcoming works.
This will involve working from initial tender through to the final account, whilst monitoring project performance along the same timeframe This role would suit a Project Manager, who comes from an electrical background, looking for an office-based role.
