Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Salary: £31,826 per annum + Enhancements & excellent benefits package / 33 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)

Youll combine hands-on support for adults with a learning disability (including some personal care) with supervising and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Key duties:
Lead, coach, and support care teams on shift
Assist with rotas, records, audits, and support plans
Deputise for the Support Manager
Promote safety, dignity, inclusion, and independence
Were looking for people with experience in learning-disability support, leadership skills, and knowledge of safeguarding. Level 3 Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential.
