Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an Associate Quantity Surveyor or an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who is ready to take the next step in their career. The Role

  • You'll work across a varied portfolio of construction projects, providing both pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services while helping to develop and strengthen the Oxford team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Quantity Surveying services from project inception through to completion.
  • Manage financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor and support junior Quantity Surveyors.
  • Help develop and grow a high-performing Quantity Surveying team.
  • Contribute to the continued success and growth of the Oxford office.

About You

  • Experience working within a construction consultancy.
  • Strong pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
  • The confidence to manage projects while supporting and developing others.
  • MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential.
