Based in Oxford Branch as an Apprentice Engineer, you will be an important part of depot operations and a key player in keeping the workshop productive, ensuring equipment is always available for our customers to have a positive experience.
You will take part in our structured training programme. During this time, you will be trained by our knowledgeable and experienced colleagues along with attending online classes each week.
Programme Overview: The overall programme is for 36 months to the End Point Assessment (EPA) where you will achieve:
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Engineering Maintenance - Engineered Services (Vocational Skills)
- Level 3 Sub Diploma in Engineering Technologies (Development Knowledge)
- Functional Skills in English and Maths (unless exempt)

If you are successful in obtaining this role we will require:
- GCSEs: Minimum of 3 or 4 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or higher, specifically including Mathematics, English, and a Science.
- Alternatives: Level 2 Engineering qualification (e.g., Diploma in Engineering or Maintenance).
- Maths/English: If not achieved at school, applicants may be required to work towards Level 2 Functional Skills during the apprenticeship.
