As Client Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of SME clients, acting as a trusted adviser and providing support across accounts and wider commercial matters. You will combine client management, technical review and team leadership, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of SME clients, acting as their key point of contact
- Advising business owners on accounts, tax and broader commercial matters
- Reviewing accounts and other work to ensure technical accuracy and quality
- Maintaining high levels of client service
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team
- Helping to improve workflow, consistency and delivery across the practice
