Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for new opportunities in Sandwell?
Winner Education are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN school based in the Oldbury area.
This role will start from September on a long-term placement and will be full time.
The successful applicant will have previous SEN experience, and experience in working with KS3,4 and 5 age groups.
Duties and
Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to pupils with severe SEN requirements Assist the main class teacher in lesson preparation and delivering phonics Tailor learning materials to the requirement of individual learners Assist with pupil progress reports Liaise with outside agencies when required The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have: Previous SEN experience Strong resilience and patience A minimum Level 3 TA qualification Used various communication methods A strong understanding of Autism and Complex needs Why Winner Education?
