Rainbow Care Solutions are recruiting a part-time HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist to support our D2A Reablement Service across Hereford and the surrounding areas.

This is a 20-hour/week, 12-month fixed-term contract, starting in May 2026, focused on supporting our clients to safely regain independence using a dong with, not doing for approach.

Pay is £22.20 - £24.20 per hour (depending on experience).

The service operates 7 days a week (07:00-22:00), on a rota to be agreed, and the role requires travel to rural areas across Herefordshire.

Requirements: A valid HCPC registration A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
