About our Nursery: Busy Bees Spital is an Ofsted-rated 'Good' nursery with a capacity of 130 children, offering a beautiful setting on the banks of the picturesque Spital Dam. The nursery is surrounded by natural beauty, featuring a wild garden and a secluded main garden filled with trees and wildlife. Inside, the bright, airy rooms and dedicated staff team provide an ideal environment to give children the best start in life. Free parking is available for staff.

Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Required Qualifications: What We're Looking For:
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding that each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
