This Production Operative position involves the decontamination and chemical processing of components within a busy manufacturing environment.
A manufacturing business in Market Bosworth is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join its operations team. Previous experience is not essential, making this an excellent opportunity for someone willing to learn.
The Role
- Carrying out the chemical processing and decontamination of components.
- Handling and storing chemicals safely in accordance with company procedures.
- Undertaking manual inspection duties using standard equipment.
- Supporting the smooth flow of work through the department.
- Working closely with production, quality and engineering teams.
- Assisting with internal and external audits.
- Identifying and reporting issues with production documentation.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Carrying out facilities checks and supporting general operational tasks.
- Assisting with team training and process improvements where required.
- Additional hours may occasionally be required to meet operational or customer requirements.
About You

- Comfortable using basic computer packages.
