A great role based in Nottingham for an Accounts Semi Senior or Senior opportunity at an independent firm that offers a great work-life balance. Ideal for an AAT qualified and/or ACA/ACCA student working in practice looking for the next step up in their career. You will be working with an impressive and varied portfolio of clients, including SMEs and OMBs from an array of sectors, providing accounts, tax, and client advisory services.

The Role:
- Preparation of year-end financial statements under FRS102
- Corporate tax computations
- Monthly management accounts
- Tax planning/advisory work (as you progress)
- Review of VAT returns
- Training clients on accountancy software
- Dealing with client queries
- Attending client meetings
- Assisting & mentoring junior staff
You:
- AAT & or ACA/ACCA Student/PQ AAT Student also considered
- Practice experience is essential
- Experienced in accounts preparation
