About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our team and take responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts. This role is focused on building strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring a consistently high level of service. Working closely with internal teams, you will act as the key point of contact for customers, supporting their requirements, strengthening partnerships, and helping to achieve agreed sales and customer retention targets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing customer accounts.
