Manpower Group are currently recruiting for a Test Technician responsible for ensuring that electronic assemblies and finished products meet customer, regulatory, and company quality standards. The role involves inspection, functional testing, fault diagnosis, process monitoring, and supporting continuous improvement activities within a contract electronics manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Inspection
- Carry out inspection of electronic assemblies and finished products in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards.
- Verify product conformity against customer specifications, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Identify, record, and report non-conformance and quality concerns.
- Support quality control activities throughout the manufacturing process, including SMT and final assembly operations.
- Testing and Fault Finding
- Perform functional testing of electronic products and assemblies.
