We are looking for a friendly, reliable Driver and Assistant to support a self-motivated 35-year-old with learning disabilities in running his successful gardening business. The role includes:
- Driving between jobs
- Helping with equipment
- Supporting with customer interaction
- Planning bookings
- Providing positive encouragement
May suit active retiree.
Requirements:
- Aged 25+ with a full, automatic driving licence (insurance requirement)
- Good communication and organisation skills, able to build rapport with people
- Enjoys the outdoors and can be flexible around weather-dependent schedules
