About the Role

I'm a busy mum living in Nottingham with my two children and our friendly family dog, and I'm looking to welcome a new member to my amazing support team. We're not just a care team; we're like family. I'm looking for someone kind, reliable and dedicated who wants to be part of something meaningful.

You’ll be supporting me at home and in the community, working alongside my family and established care team. Support includes:

  • Personal care
  • Continence care
  • Moving and handling
  • Nutrition support
  • Social activities and domestic tasks

Day and/or night shifts (weekdays and weekends on a flexible rota).

About Me

I have complex health needs and use a wheelchair full-time. I rely on my team for all transfers (using specialist equipment provided) and support with daily living. But life for me is about more than care; it's about living.

I love:

  • Going to concerts
  • Trips to the theatre
  • Cinema outings
  • Going on holidays
  • Shopping trips and getting out into the community

About You

The successful candidate will have experience in Health and Social Care and will be expected to provide support throughout the day and/or night, on weekdays and weekends, following a flexible rota. The role includes assisting with all aspects of personal care, continence care, moving and handling, nutrition, as well as social and domestic tasks. If you enjoy being out and about and supporting someone to live life to the fullest, we'll get along brilliantly.

BENEFITS

In return for your dedication, you'll receive a competitive rate of pay in addition to:

  • 5.6 weeks holiday per year (pro-rata for part-time positions).
  • Company pension scheme after 3 months service, subject to the scheme rules.
  • Opportunity to join our Cash Back Health Plan, after successful completion of the probation period.
  • Free training and development for all roles.
  • Access to wellbeing and support tools.
  • Star of the Month rewards.

If you're caring, committed and want a role where you truly make a difference while having some fun along the way, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now and become part of our journey.
