Manpower, one of the UK's leading contingent workforce and staffing solution providers, is proud to partner with a major global healthcare company based in Leeds. We are currently seeking a Cleanroom Operator to join our client on a long-term temporary basis at their Leeds facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, assemble, and package products according to manufacturing procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for work in progress, quality checks, and inspections
- Collaborate with production supervisors to resolve line issues
- Perform basic maintenance of tools and equipment
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled cleaning, ensuring high standards of housekeeping at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar cleanroom or manufacturing environment, or a strong background in the production and packaging of precision parts
Working Hours & Pay:
- Rotational day shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 (Monday - Thursday) and 06:00-11:00 and 11:00-16:00 (Friday) 37 hours per week
- Pay Rate: £17.73 per hour - Plus uplift shift allowance paid weekly (After successful completion of 12 weeks, pay rate will change to £18.04)
