This is a true 50/50 role, combining hands-on engineering with people leadership.
You'll remain close to the codebase, designing and building modern applications, while also leading, mentoring, and developing a mature team of engineers.
You'll play a key role in shaping technical direction, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions are delivered globally.
