Shift Pattern:
4 On / 4 Off Night Shifts 6:00pm - 6:00am

Key Responsibilities:
Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines
Loading programs and adjusting settings for different materials and thicknesses
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job sheets

What We're Looking For:
Strong experience operating CNC laser cutting machines (trial shift as part of interview (paid)
Solid understanding of laser cutting processes and materials
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
