Leisure Depot is a leading supplier of caravan, motorhome, camping and outdoor leisure products, supplying customers across the UK through a range of online sales channels. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & E-Commerce Administrator.
This is a varied and fast-paced role combining customer service, product administration and e-commerce support. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, maintaining excellent marketplace account health and supporting the continued growth of the business.
As a highly seasonal business, the focus of the role naturally changes throughout the year. During the busy spring and summer months, there is a greater emphasis on customer service and supporting increased customer demand. During the quieter autumn and winter periods, the role becomes more focused on creating new product listings, enhancing product content and preparing the business for the following season. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys variety and can adapt to changing business priorities throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, email and online messaging channels.
- Handle customer enquiries, order queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and provide customers with accurate product and order information.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet company service standards and contribute positively towards marketplace performance metrics and account health.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels across all sales channels, helping to achieve and exceed key performance targets.
- Create, upload and maintain product listings across multiple online platforms.
- Write and update product descriptions, specifications and other product content.
- Upload and manage product images and supporting marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing and stock data.
- Assist with new product launches and ongoing website content updates.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve both customer experience and internal processes.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
- Participate in weekend customer service cover on a rota basis.
