With more than 28 years' experience, they create beautifully crafted, custom-made pieces for a wide range of projects. Their workshop team is friendly, skilled and committed to maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join a busy workshop producing high-quality, bespoke furniture. You'll work across a wide range of projects, taking pride in your craftsmanship and contributing to the production of beautifully finished pieces. While the role is focused on cabinet making, applicants with wood machining experience - including CNC knowledge - are also welcome, as these skills would be a valuable addition to the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing high-quality bespoke cabinets, units and fitted furniture
  • Reading and working to drawings, measurements and specifications
  • Using a range of woodworking machinery, tools and equipment
  • Working independently and as part of a small, skilled team
  • Supporting wider workshop production when required
  • Ensuring all work meets high standards of accuracy and finish
  • (Optional) Assisting with occasional site work when needed
  • (Optional) Using CNC machinery if you have relevant experience

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a skilled cabinet maker or joiner with strong woodworking experience and a passion for producing high-quality bespoke furniture.

About you:

  • 3+ years' experience in cabinet making, joinery or similar woodworking roles
  • Confident using woodworking machines, tools and equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Able to work from technical drawings and measurements
  • Self-motivated with good organisational skills
  • Full driving licence preferred
  • CNC / machining experience beneficial but not essential
