Are you a creative marketer who knows how to turn a brief into polished, on-brand content? We’re recruiting a Brand Marketing Executive for a fast-growing professional services group based in the Midlands. This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll produce high-quality marketing collateral, social media content, and brand assets across a growing portfolio of businesses.

Working within an established brand system, you’ll take projects from initial concept through to finished artwork. You’ll play an important role in keeping the organisation’s creative output consistent, professional, and recognisable as it continues to expand.

This opportunity would suit someone with at least two years of experience in marketing, brand, or creative production who is confident using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing branded collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, sales sheets, and other digital and printed marketing materials
  • Creating engaging social media content, including static posts, carousels, and reusable templates
  • Producing branding materials that help newly acquired businesses transition into the wider group
  • Working within established brand guidelines covering colour, typography, and layout
  • Taking creative briefs from concept through to polished, presentation-ready artwork
  • Managing brand assets, templates, and source files
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and internal teams with a reliable creative turnaround
  • Maintaining a consistent look and feel across every marketing asset

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • At least two years experience in a marketing, brand, or creative production role
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva
  • Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • A portfolio demonstrating branded collateral, social media content, and layout work
  • An excellent eye for detail, design, and brand consistency
  • The ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • To live in Nottingham or within a reasonable commuting distance
  • Experience within professional services, B2B marketing, or a multi-brand organisation would be helpful, but it isn’t essential.

Salary of £25,000-£28,000, depending on experience. Hybrid working. Join a growing and collaborative marketing team. Work across a varied mix of digital, social, and printed creative projects. Take ownership of projects from brief through to finished artwork. Play a visible role in maintaining and developing a growing group brand. Gain experience working across multiple businesses in an acquisition-led organisation.

You’ll join a growing marketing department and work alongside specialists covering content, CRM, and marketing automation, website management, and digital marketing. This role sits at the heart of the team’s creative output, helping ensure every campaign, asset, and newly acquired business feels part of one consistent brand.
