THE ROLE
The Technical Services Coordinator role is an excellent first or second career move opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced food category technical team based in Norwich. Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Technical Services Coordinator will be exposed to all elements of a modern technical team function including product specifications, HACCP and BRC food management control systems and processes, plus work cross-functionally with the sales team and customer communications. The Technical Services Coordinator will maintain customer portals to ensure all technical specification documentation is up to date and accurate. Maintain database information and report on technical performance KPIs. As part of learning and development, the Technical Services Coordinator will assist with audits & compliance, regulatory & product compliance and ensure details are effectively communicated across the UK business key stakeholders. First class management coaching support with training and development will be provided within this positive team culture environment where you will be encouraged to take the lead and develop your responsibilities as your experience and confidence progresses. Progression to the next level in the technical team is a real future possibility and expectation.

ABOUT YOU
Having achieved a food science academic qualification to HNC or Degree level, you are looking to commence your career in the food industry and being a real Foodie, you are motivated about the highly important technical/quality function of the food manufacturing process.
