Are you a postgraduate who has started your career in sales, or a Service Engineer within the packaging industry, looking to join a global OEM that invests in your development and provides the training and support needed to become a technical expert in industry-leading food packaging line solutions?

The company utilises Industry 4.0 packaging lines to create machinery that has an inherent focus on data and efficiency. With offices in the UK, USA, Italy and France, they are looking for a new sales member to help further grow their market leading position.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Managing existing customer accounts
  • Preparing quotations and proposals
  • Working closely with the service and technical teams

This role would suit someone with a background in food processing or packaging with strong product knowledge looking to move into a customer-facing sales role. Alternatively, a postgraduate who has experience in sales would also suit.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up sales opportunities
  • Work closely with service and technical teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Maintain accurate sales activity using the company CRM system
  • Monday to Friday with regular UK travel and occasional overseas travel

The Person:

  • Background in the food packaging industry, or experience in sales
  • Full UK Driving license
