Reporting to the Operations Director, the main responsibilities of the Operations Manager will include:
Leading and developing the Operations team, with a strong factory-facing presence.
Identifying areas for improvement and driving change.
Developing CI culture through the use of Lean Manufacturing tools.
Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, safely and to the required quality standards.
Maintaining compliance with ISO standards.
Work collaboratively with other teams across the business.
The ideal Operations Manager candidate will be an effective and positive communicator, with proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
You should hold a relevant Engineering qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or the equivalent experience).
