Typically, this person will be an experienced senior marketing professional with a background in luxury, marine, lifestyle or premium consumer brands. They will have proven experience developing marketing strategies, leading teams and delivering campaigns across digital, PR, content, social media, events and partnerships.
The successful candidate will be commercially focused, creative and strategic, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership, Sales, Design and Aftersales teams to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial growth. Experience within the marine or luxury yacht sector would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Develop marketing initiatives to support sales and generate additional revenue.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Lead market research and identify customer and market opportunities.
- Oversee content, digital marketing, SEO, social media, paid media and CRM.
- Lead PR activity and relationships with marine, luxury and lifestyle media.
- Manage international boat shows, events and brand partnerships.
- Lead, motivate and develop the marketing team.

- Manage external agencies and marketing suppliers.
- Monitor KPIs, campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective commercial return.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Senior marketing leadership experience within luxury, marine, lifestyle or premium consumer sectors.
- Proven experience developing and delivering global marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing, SEO, social media, CRM, PR and content experience.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder, project and budget management skills.
- Commercially focused with an understanding of marketing ROI.
- Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills.
- Experience working across international markets.
- Degree educated; CIM qualification desirable.
