Location: Hybrid with London or Norwich base location

London: £103,846 to £142,789 plus £5,000 per annum car allowance

National: £91,695 to £126,082 plus £5,000 per annum car allowance

We're looking for an experienced Head of Data Governance to lead the development and implementation of Clarion's enterprise-wide Data Governance framework. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and mature enterprise data governance capabilities within a complex organisation. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, drive meaningful organisational change, and ensure data is leveraged as a trusted and valuable business asset.

If you're a highly experienced data governance leader with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide governance in alignment with data management frameworks, then this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring data is managed as a valuable organisational asset through clear ownership, consistent standards, and effective controls. Reporting into our Director of Data, you'll establish and embed governance, and accountability frameworks that support regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and enable trusted, high-quality data across the organisation.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring critical data is governed effectively throughout its lifecycle, supporting operational excellence, informed decision-making, and the successful delivery of business strategy.

Experience establishing data ownership, stewardship and accountability structures is vital, along with significant experience leading Data Governance functions at organisational level.
