The Opportunity The primary purpose of the role is to assist in providing oversight and direction across Dechra supply chains to ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices for finished drug products, care products & feed supplements.
This is accomplished through the oversight of RPs across the Dechra network and collaborating with other logistic and GDP professionals both internal and external to Dechra.
The role also supports Dechra Veterinary Products EU by providing guidance related to distribution related activities and quality requirements in the individual markets and supporting Dechra Veterinary Products - International managing Quality Technical Agreements to ensure compliance and by providing guidance related to the export and quality requirements in these markets.
Work
Assignments: Assist in providing oversight and direction to Responsible Persons (UK/EU) or equivalent that report through the DPM&S structure.
To ensure alignment in policies, procedures and practices across the Dechra network ensuring compliance with GDP.
Support in the establishment of an appropriate global GDP Quality Management System and drive implementation across the network to ensure a consistent and sustainable approach is taken for the distribution of our products.
Assist in developing and driving a system for inspection readiness for GDP compliance across the network, advise regarding remediation plans and monitor completion of remediation activities.
Support health authority inspections providing advice during inspections as required.
Assist internal and external auditing of sites and suppliers related to GDP activities as required.
Influence logistics partners, supply chain and other stakeholders to derive compliant and sustainable transportation solutions.
Support Qualification and implementation of 3PL solutions Support in improvement projects and other initiatives related to GDP.
Collaborate with the operational quality groups, regulatory affairs and DVP International to ensure appropriate quality systems related to distribution and sale of International products.
Collaborate with key stakeholders regarding technology solutions to drive efficiency and GDP compliance.
Assist in manage In licensed suppliers and distributers on behalf of Dechra Limited Assist on supporting new market and entity implementation to ensure compliance with EU and National GDP regulations.
Assist on the collaboration with Legal, Finance and sales to ensure compliance in intercompany distribution relationships.
