Quest Employment is currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a well-established and growing warehouse operation in Swan Valley, Northampton. The Role
As a Reach Truck Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe movement of stock across the warehouse. This is a hands-on position, requiring a balance of truck operation and general warehouse duties, including manual handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Reach Truck in line with site procedures
- Load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse
- Pick and replenish stock accurately
- Support goods-in and dispatch operations
- Carry out general warehouse duties as required
- Perform manual handling and heavy lifting
- Follow all Health & Safety guidelines
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity
Requirements
- Valid Reach Truck licence (in-house licences accepted)
- Licence must be in date
- Minimum 6 months recent Reach Truck experience
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Willing to work both on and off the truck
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Ability to work effectively within a team
Pay & Benefits
- £13.86 per hour
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- 37.5 hours per week
- Overtime available every Saturday (8:00am - 2:00pm)
- Saturday overtime paid at x1.5
- Weekly pay through Quest Employment
