We're looking for an experienced Transport Operator to join our night team at our Grange Park site in Northampton on a permanent, full-time basis, working Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:30.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Transport Operator, you will co-ordinate deliveries and collections at our Grange Park site, helping ensure drivers complete their routes safely and on time. You will plan and update routes, brief and debrief drivers, and make sure they have everything they need for their shifts. Managing any issues that arise, you'll keep the transport operation running smoothly whilst maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will:
- Record abnormalities and update paperwork
- Ensure compliance with WTD and EU regulations
- Follow site procedures
What We're Looking For
To be considered as a Transport Operator, you will need:
- Experience in a Transport Operator and/or Transport Planner role
- Strong route planning skills
- Knowledge of WTD, EU Driver Regulations and fleet procedures
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
- Confident communication skills and a proactive approach
