Pay: £14.00 per hour

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Shift Patterns Available:

  • Wednesday to Saturday 48 hours per week
  • Thursday to Saturday 36 hours per week

Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm

The Role

As a Production Operative, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day operation of a small-scale processing plant. Your duties will include:

  • Operating and monitoring production machinery
  • Carrying out hourly quality checks on finished products
  • Adjusting machine settings using PLC controls and machine interfaces
  • Assisting with basic maintenance and equipment changeovers
  • Completing production records and paperwork accurately
  • Working closely with Quality, Yard and Logistics teams
  • Loading and unloading materials using a telehandler (full training provided)
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and hygiene
  • Supporting both indoor production and outdoor yard operations
