We are seeking experienced Manhattan Active WMS Consultants / SMEs to join a major warehouse optimisation and transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in enhancing and optimising the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management platform while working closely with warehouse operations, supply chain teams, and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
  • Work with business and operational stakeholders to gather and define requirements
  • Analyse warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement
  • Configure and support Manhattan Active WMS solutions
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Support UAT, go-live activities, and hypercare phases
  • Troubleshoot system and production issues
  • Support integrations, testing, releases, and deployments
  • Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, enhancements, and new feature adoption
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and end-user support where required

Essential Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
  • Strong experience configuring and supporting Manhattan Active solutions
  • Excellent understanding of Manhattan Active architecture and functionality
  • Previous involvement in Manhattan Active implementation, upgrade, or optimisation programmes
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes
  • Ability to bridge the gap between operational teams and technical delivery teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience supporting testing, UAT, go-live, and production support activities

Desirable Experience

  • Experience supporting API integrations and data flows
  • Experience within large-scale warehouse, distribution, retail, or logistics environments
  • Background in warehouse transformation or continuous improvement initiatives

  • Location: Northampton (5 days per week onsite)
  • Duration: Initial 3-6 months
