We are seeking experienced Manhattan Active WMS Consultants / SMEs to join a major warehouse optimisation and transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in enhancing and optimising the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management platform while working closely with warehouse operations, supply chain teams, and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
- Work with business and operational stakeholders to gather and define requirements
- Analyse warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement
- Configure and support Manhattan Active WMS solutions
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Support UAT, go-live activities, and hypercare phases
- Troubleshoot system and production issues
- Support integrations, testing, releases, and deployments
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, enhancements, and new feature adoption
- Deliver knowledge transfer and end-user support where required
Essential Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
- Strong experience configuring and supporting Manhattan Active solutions
- Excellent understanding of Manhattan Active architecture and functionality
- Previous involvement in Manhattan Active implementation, upgrade, or optimisation programmes
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes
- Ability to bridge the gap between operational teams and technical delivery teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, go-live, and production support activities
Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting API integrations and data flows
- Experience within large-scale warehouse, distribution, retail, or logistics environments
- Background in warehouse transformation or continuous improvement initiatives

- Location: Northampton (5 days per week onsite)
