As Corporate Finance Manager , you'll work directly with clients on acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, management buy-ins and fundraising.

The work is varied, hands-on and highly commercial, with the opportunity to develop quickly towards running deals autonomously.

Responsibilities:
Project manage corporate finance transactions through to completion.

Work directly with clients throughout the deal process.

Support initial meetings, deal structuring and negotiations.

Prepare financial models and business plans.

The Ideal Candidate
Fully qualified accountant.

Commercially curious with a genuine interest in corporate finance and lead advisory.

Corporate finance experience is welcome, but not essential where you can demonstrate strong commercial judgement and motivation.

Comfortable taking ownership, solving problems and working autonomously.

Strong client-facing, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Full driving licence and regular access to a car.

Ideally based within around one hour of the Northampton office.
