What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults to minimise downtime
  • Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Supporting electrical fault finding and repairs where required
  • Maintaining injection moulding machinery and associated equipment
  • Identifying recurring faults and contributing to continuous improvement activities
  • Completing maintenance records and shift handovers accurately
  • Working safely and maintaining high engineering standards at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong mechanical maintenance background
  • Recognised mechanical engineering qualification
  • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Electrical fault-finding experience beneficial but not essential
  • Injection moulding experience advantageous but not required
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance
  • Comfortable working within a rotating shift pattern

Shift Pattern

  • Panama Shift (C Shift)
  • 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights
  • 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am rotation
  • Average 42 hours per week
  • Regular extended periods off throughout the rotation
