Our growing client has created a new role for a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in Normanton, West Yorkshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with previous PA/EA experience to join a customer-focused environment.

About the Role:

  • Supporting a busy MD by managing their diary, preparing meeting documentation, and coordinating meeting actions both internally and externally.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for emails and phone calls, prioritising and filtering communications as necessary to protect their time.
  • Handling document management for the MD, ensuring efficient organisation and retrieval of files.
  • Travel bookings and diary management.
  • Working closely alongside another Executive Assistant, sharing responsibilities to ensure seamless support.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience in PA, EA, or Office Management roles directly supporting a Senior member of staff.
  • Strong MS Office skills across all systems.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise time and task management.
  • Experience supporting senior management in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills, professional and discreet when handling sensitive information, observing confidentiality.

  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Standard working hours: 40 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times.
