We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Driver to join our team in Normanton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with the potential to transition from a temporary to permanent role. The ideal candidate will have experience operating VNA forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a VNA forklift to move products, materials, and stock around the warehouse.
- Perform stock replenishment and put-away tasks, ensuring goods are stored correctly in the racking system.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and meeting company targets.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Support team members with general warehouse duties when required.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and reported if faults are found.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock audits as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid VNA forklift license (essential).
- Previous experience operating a VNA forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Escape Harness license (ideal, but not essential).
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks within the warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
