The Role you will be doing ;
Budget Process support the process as guided by the Senior Buyer.
Support of Senior Buyer on all aspects of Operational & General administration requirements including expediting deliveries and returns, freight & transport, import customs administration instructions to agents and liaison with carriers
Financial Forecast / Pricing Updates
Maintenance of Price information, invoice validation & queries
Regular KPI reviews to track progress
Receipts & Verifications / Order acknowledgements through SAP transactions
Raise and issue Purchase Orders on items within the Direct Material Categories.
Contribute to the overall performance of the Procurement function by assisting and supporting the Senior Buyer in the Procurement of strategically important materials.
Meeting the business requirements for, Financial budget, forecasting and reporting requirements.
Governance and compliance requirements.
Service and Operational requirements of the production sites.
Development and maintenance of a robust framework of activity for the areas of responsibility, incorporating all elements of companys requirements.
Support of the management of an international supplier roster across multi geographies.
Alignment and support of the business Sustainability aspirations through Supplier Relationship Management and planning.
An integral part of the wider Procurement team, reflecting the business values during their activities.
Management of direct materials ordering in support of Sr.
Buyer in accordance with companys working capital policy and MRP requirements
About You;
Graduate calibre
CIPS / Supply Chain qualifications or aptitude to begin / continue Professional qualifications.
Previous experience in Procurement & Supply Chain (preferred)
Experience in manufacturing environments would be beneficial.
Experience in the management of a diverse supplier roster.
Systems SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.

Familiarity with or aptitude to learn modern category based and multi-stage Procurement methods
Highly analytical
Calm and composed
Computer literate with proficiency in analysis through modern IT and data tools.
