We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Organisational Development Partner to play a key role in shaping our future workforce someone who can bring together great hiring, meaningful development and strong culture to make a real impact.

You will partner with senior leaders and managers to turn our People Strategy into reality improving both colleague experience and organisational performance.
What youll be doing
Talent acquisition & employer brand:
Own full-cycle recruitment from attraction through to onboarding
Build innovative sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing
Lead the development of our employer brand and candidate experience
Design tailored recruitment approaches for specialist and senior roles
Create strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Organisational development & capability:
Design and deliver learning and development programmes
Build career pathways, succession plans, and talent pipelines
Support leadership development through workshops, coaching, and facilitation
Work with managers to identify skills gaps and implement the right solutions
Systems, data & continuous improvement:
Lead optimisation of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Learning Management System (LMS)
Use data and insight to improve recruitment and development outcomes
Drive automation, efficiency, and a high-quality user experience across systems
Culture, engagement & performance:
Support delivery of our People Strategy, particularly around culture and inclusion
Contribute to engagement initiatives and colleague experience improvements
Deliver interventions that enhance team and individual performance
Projects & change:
Lead or contribute to cross-organisational People projects
Ensure policies, processes, and tools are modern, simple, and effective
What you will bring
Were looking for someone who can combine creativity, insight, and delivery.
Experience & expertise:
Experience in recruitment and/or organisational development roles
Proven ability to attract and hire across a range of roles and levels
Experience designing and delivering L&D or OD interventions
Strong understanding of ATS, LMS, and modern talent practices
Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and leaders

Ability to analyse data and diagnose organisational needs

Salary: Β£42,895 per annum + benefits.
Contract and Hours: Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week.
Location: Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 4PH.
