Description: We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Production Operative to join our Production Team, where we manufacture high-performance adhesives used across industries including aerospace and rail.

At Forgeway, we're in an exciting period of growth, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of our journey.

Responsibilities As a member of our Production Team, your responsibilities will include: Weighing and measuring raw materials accurately using automated software.

Following formulas, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and process instructions.

Operating production machinery in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Cleaning and maintaining machinery before and after each production batch.

Working safely and maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping.

Working closely with colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.

Physical Requirements This can be a physically demanding role.

You will be required to manually handle and lift raw material bags weighing up to 25kg on a regular basis throughout the working day.

Applicants should be physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling tasks safely.

Full manual handling training will be provided.

What We Offer Full training for the successful candidate.

Monday to Friday, 6:00am 3:00pm . 22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, with a Christmas shutdown (taken from annual leave entitlement).

Complimentary lunch every Friday.

One paid volunteering/charity day each year.
