About Us JMV Solutions is a managed IT service provider delivering reliable, modern technology solutions to businesses across Devon.

We specialise in IT Support, Microsoft 365, VOIP, Broadband and Networking.

We are expanding our support team and are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic IT Support & M365 Technician who can deliver high-quality support across a range of platforms and technologies.

The Role As an IT Support & M365 Technician you will play a key role in providing technical support, managing client infrastructure, and delivering projects across our portfolio of services.

You will work both remotely and on-site, supporting SMEs with modern IT systems, Microsoft 365 environments, and network infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across Windows and cloud platforms.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot VOIP systems Administer Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Share Point, Intune, Azure AD, and security policies.

Manage broadband and network infrastructure including routers, Wi-Fi systems, firewalls, and switches.

Carry out on-site client visits for installations, troubleshooting, and project delivery.

Maintain accurate documentation through our PSA/RMM tools.

Support cybersecurity initiatives, patch management, compliance, and vulnerability remediation.

Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.

Required Experience & Skills Proven experience in a similar IT Support / Network Engineer role.

Strong understanding of: Microsoft 365 administration VOIP systems Firewalls, switching, VLANs, and network configuration Experience working with RMM/PSA tools (e. g., Ninja RMM, Halo PSA) is an advantage.

Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Full UK driving licence.
