Key Duties

- Work closely with the Manager to achieve business objectives and support company growth.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Support client retention by delivering a consistently high level of service.
- Develop long-term business relationships through regular communication and account management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, customer care, retail management, hospitality management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Customer-focused with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
