We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Social Value Delivery & Performance Coordinator to support the delivery and reporting of social value across our communities. In this role, you'll act as the operational backbone of the team - tracking performance, managing data, and ensuring social value commitments are accurately recorded, evidenced, and reported.

In this role you'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, helping turn community activity into meaningful insight, supporting projects that create real, measurable impact. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple priorities, and contributing to positive outcomes in local communities.

Specifically, in the role you will:

  • Administration
    • Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure contractor social value and regeneration-related commitments are accurately recorded, tracked and monitored across five local authority areas.
    • Maintain and update documentation related to social value and regeneration activity, ensuring information is organised, accessible and compliant with audit requirements.
    • Assist with preparing agendas, performance packs, regeneration evidence bundles and KPI updates for contractor review meetings.
    • Undertake administrative tasks for regeneration pilots, social value trials and innovation projects, including documentation and progress tracking.
    • Assist with resolving information gaps, regeneration data queries or documentation issues, escalating where necessary to ensure neighbourhood plans and What Matters priorities are supported.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Prepare and update SPAR submissions, dashboards, contractor summaries and regeneration briefings for senior stakeholders.
    • Assist the Social Value Investment Specialist to monitor contractor performance, highlighting risks, slippages or delivery gaps that may impact regeneration outcomes.
    • Track and update progress against social value action plans and regeneration milestones to ensure evidence expectations are met.
    • Process and compile thematic and regeneration datasets to support analysis and planning by Social Value Specialists and Regeneration Leads.
    • Assist with gathering and organising evidence, contractor reviews, regeneration progress updates and delivery plans.
  • Resource Allocation & Coordination
    • Facilitate the collation of community insight, regeneration intelligence and project updates for theme-based reporting (Safe & Connected, Health & Wellbeing, Place & Environment).
    • Assist Community Inclusion Facilitators to collect and log neighbourhood insight that informs regeneration and What Matters planning.
  • Communications
    • Draft and prepare content for newsletters, regeneration updates, case studies, social media posts and contractor reporting packs.
    • Assist in maintaining consistent messaging on social value and regeneration commitments across contractors, internal teams and partners.
    • Support the capture of lived-experience stories and regeneration case studies for use in impact reporting.
  • Finance / Budgeting
    • Process finance-related information, including in-kind contributions, financial commitments, regeneration-linked grant reporting and social value valuations.
    • Assist Procurement and Finance teams to update contract documentation, purchase orders and valuations to reflect regeneration-related commitments.
  • Systems Management
    • Update and maintain social value and regeneration reporting systems to ensure KPI, output and milestone data is accurate, current and audit-compliant.
    • Use and maintain Hedyn's CRM / Dynamics to record engagement activity, regeneration involvement, case studies, resident interactions, community events and partner information.
    • Process and update community profiles, asset maps and engagement records to reflect up-to-date neighbourhood intelligence that supports regeneration planning.
    • Facilitate the integration of community asset intelligence into organisational systems by capturing local skills, groups, venues, networks and community-led resources relevant to regeneration.
    • Validate the completeness, accuracy and consistency of CRM information to support reliable reporting and regeneration evidence.
    • Undertake data-quality checks and system improvements to strengthen regeneration insight, monitoring and evidence gathering across neighbourhoods.
  • Health & Wellbeing / Compliance
    • Apply governance requirements - including data protection, confidentiality, financial regulations, contract requirements and safeguarding - across all regeneration and social value evidence.
  • Partnerships
    • Interact with Social Value Specialists, Community Inclusion Facilitators, Procurement and Finance teams to support aligned evidence gathering, regeneration monitoring and reporting.
  • Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)
    • Assist with gathering inclusive insight to ensure diverse voices inform regeneration activity and What Matters plans.
    • Support the integration of lived-experience case studies and thematic evidence into regeneration reporting to reflect underrepresented groups.
    • Ensure service delivery meets the organisation's pledge on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
    • Facilitate the logging of community feedback to ensure inclusive engagement directly informs place-based regeneration decisions.
