I'm currently supporting a fantastic Further Education organisation that is looking to bring on board an HR Resourcing Advisor to join their HR team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys a varied role, working closely with hiring managers and playing a key part in delivering effective, compliant and inclusive recruitment across the College.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination and offer management
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide advice on recruitment approaches
  • Ensuring recruitment activity is compliant with College policies, safeguarding requirements and employment legislation
  • Supporting safer recruitment and inclusive recruitment practices, including guaranteed interview schemes
  • Maintaining the recruitment/ATS system and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Supporting longlisting and advising on inclusive shortlisting practices
  • Sitting on interview panels in an advisory capacity, ensuring recruitment procedures are followed and implicit bias is challenged
  • Managing the Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of agencies and ensuring agency usage is cost-effective
  • Supporting workforce planning, talent pipelines and attraction strategies for hard-to-fill vacancies
  • Producing recruitment reports and using data such as time-to-hire, vacancy rates and cost-per-hire to support decision-making

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience managing recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, safeguarding and inclusive recruitment
  • Experience using HR/recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ideally, experience within an education or public sector environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving recruitment processes

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Advisor, Resourcing Advisor or HR Recruitment professional looking to take on a varied role within an education environment.
