Renowned for pioneering direct drilling technology, the company designs and builds high-quality seed drills, cultivators and other farm equipment from its Suffolk headquarters, supplying farmers across the UK and internationally through a trusted dealer network. Due to continued expansion and increased demand, they are looking to add an experienced Welder Fabricator to their growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding a range of agricultural machinery, including seed drills, cultivators and other specialist equipment. Working from engineering drawings, you will carry out MIG welding, fabrication, grinding and assembly to produce high-quality machinery that meets the company's exacting standards. Training on additional workshop equipment and manufacturing processes will be provided for the right candidate.

This role would suit a Welder Fabricator with MIG welding experience looking to join a well-established agricultural engineering manufacturer offering long-term stability, opportunities for overtime and the chance to work on innovative machinery used by farmers across the UK and internationally.
