Senior Finance Manager Development

Youll lead the finance team providing financial insight and recommendations to support our major development and sales programme. Youll help shape the investment decisions that create homes and communities for the future. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll help shape future development activity, manage financial risk and ensure our plans are built on strong financial foundations.

You have
You have experience providing financial leadership across development schemes and investment decisions.
A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
You have led and developed high-performing finance teams.
You have reviewed and challenged complex financial models, assumptions and outputs.
You have turned complex financial information into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

The practical bits
You'll work Monday to Friday.
You'll manage your own diary.
We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle office, with the rest from home.
