The Role: B2C Sales Advisor

This is an outbound sales role where you’ll speak to potential customers, present the benefits of our custom bills package, and close the deal. Working with letting agents, you’ll call new tenants to explain who supplies their utilities and introduce them to a simpler way to manage bills with OUB. You’ll follow up with customers who’ve generated quotes on our website, answer questions, handle objections, and help them complete their sign-up. No matter the team, confidence, organisation, and closing skills are key.
