We recruit up to management and executive level typically across disciplines such as Finance, Data, Tech, Operations and Engineering. Catalyst's success is based on the quality of our delivery across a mix of retained, exclusive and contingent assignments which leads to valued, long-term client relationships.
Following a year of sustained revenue growth and a successful doubling of our team, we now seek to recruit a talented and experienced Recruitment Consultant who can bring similar levels of market insight, determination and integrity.
As Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage your own desk, encompassing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Attract new clients via telephone, email, social media and in person
- Source, select, shortlist and propose suitable candidates
- Utilise a modern CRM system and associated recruitment technology to co-ordinate your assignments
- Co-operate and collaborate closely with other team members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of your market sector
As Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
- Proven experience in one or more Technical or Professional disciplines as a permanent/interim/contract Recruitment Consultant
- A commercially astute mindset
- Adept in identifying and acquiring high-quality new clients, coupled with strong account management, service and delivery abilities
- Experience sourcing and matching the highest calibre of candidates
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A determination to consistently locate the best candidate for the job
